Vechaar - A Utensils Museum ... the Human Culture

Being an explorer man has always been in constant efforts to explore different ways to full fill his needs be it food or leisure.

Due to constant urge to search he had put his imagination and efforts to bring out something innovative in everything including house, clothes or utensils for that matter.

In year 1981 Surendra Patel went to Saurashtra, in search of old utensils to give ethnic touch to Vishalla. There he came across craftsmen who were melting brass utensils to sell and get its worth. The sensitive designer was moved by this incident. He felt and understood what we were losing in the process, our ancestors heritage, creative work revealing the brilliance of human skills, the wonder of man's creativity. The step was well taken, as the idea was more then welcomed by Mr. Jyotindra Jain. Their dedication and sincere efforts is standing in the form of VECHAAR (Charitable Trust) before us.

The VECHAAR have a wide range of utensils made from brass, copper, bronze, zinc to german silver. Displayed utensils were used for fetching water, milking, storing ornaments, travelling, household items, worship and the list goes on. You will find not only pots but the entire range of useful items has on display, which has been collected from almost all the parts of India. Unensils ageing from 100 to 1000 years old. Each utensils are unique master piece reflecting its own story.

VISHALLA, takes the great pride to protect & preserve this great heritage from our ancestors. Which might otherwise have been lost to us.

Luks always appriciate and support creation.

The name Drip Marketing originated from drip irrigation where a small amount of water is released over time to nourish the plants or crops.Drip irrigation for plants and crops is done by releasing small amount of water (nourishment) at the right time and the right place (near the roots) so that there is no water loss in percolation and in evaporation. Healthy plants are grown with the least amount of investment and almost zero wastage of water. Drip marketing is similar but instead of water, we release small units of marketing messages at the right time intervals.
